“What I liked about Eduardo is that he thoroughly listened to me when I told him what I was looking for when I started training with him. I felt safe. From my previous experience with trainers I found that most trainers were either too rigid with their approach, saying “this is the way, and you must do it”, or I could just tell didn’t know enough. "Between 35 and 40, I noticed that the ‘middle age spread’ had begun. As I aged, my body’s metabolism changed. Since the word ‘diet’ is not in my vocabulary (in reality no one is going to be on a diet an entire lifetime) I realized that the only way to lose weight was to eat less, eat better and exercise more. I told Eduardo the other day that he had changed my life, and it's true.
Within a couple of weeks of working out with him and following his nutrition plan for me, I found that my health and general well being were already improving.  By eating properly I started noticing that I no longer had those dreaded afternoon cravings for sweets that always made me blow my 'diet'!  It came easy to stick to the nutrition plan because I am eating foods that I like, not foods that are imposed on me.  The food choices he gives you are vast and you choose what you like and will prepare, and ultimately enjoy while you are eating. I appreciate how he is always aware of my physical challenges and works to find the best exercises that'll work for me, without compromising the intensity of the work out.  It's amazing what the right exercise and nutrition will do for your weight loss goals and health.  Eduardo is not only professional and knowledgeable in his field, but is also very approachable and easy to talk to.  He rocks!

Most trainers only know how to push the client and assume that’s what everybody wants. My goal was never to be “Mr. Universe”, but rather to be fit and healthy. Eduardo understood that.
